Introducing the Large Capacity Monthly Organizer and Reminder System. All the same advantages to the original MedCenter System except now each of the included thirty-one, numerically marked, Pill Boxes measure 2” longer than our standard Pill Boxes. The “XL Organizer” also features a much smaller footprint than our original “MedCenter System”

HOW DOES IT WORK? Set up to 4 Daily Alarms to alert you when your medication is due. A repeating friendly reminder notifies you of the time, the date and which daily dose to take. ("Good morning! Please take your morning pills for the 20th.") Press the "Alarm Acknowledged Button" to confirm compliance and the MedCenter Talking Alarm Clock tells you when the next daily dose is due.

• TRI-DATE VERIFICATION: matching the visual dates on pill boxes and clock with audible alerts assures accuracy
• TALKING ALARM alerts users when it's time to take medication
• Set up to 4 ALARMS DAILY to alert you when your medication is due
• LOUD & EXTRA LOUD sound settings ensure the alarm is heard
• RED & GREEN COLOR CODING shows when daily dose is complete

Our new larger XL Pill Boxes (used in all products denoting the "XL" size pill boxes, also available as an accessory to the exisitng MedCenter System) have an individual dose compartment which measures roughly 1 3/8" wide x 1" long x 3/4" deep on the inside. Each of the new XL Pill Boxes contain four of these dose compartments.

Because pills and vitamins differ greatly in overall size, in order to better answer the question of how many pills / vitamins will each pill box hold, we calculated the amount of Advil® and m&m® candies would fit in each compartment and Pill Box:

"I take a lot of medications for multiple sclerosis at intervals of 4 times per day. When I saw this behemoth of a pillbox, I was curious and had to explore it more and read about it. I took the plunge and ordered one since I have problems with short term memory and sometimes forget if I have taken medications or not. This box leaves no room for wondering.
It's LARGE. But it's worth every inch of the space. Take the time once a month to fill it up (or fill it up weekly) and you will be all set. If you have a partner to help you, all the better.
What a great invention. Green means "go" (the pillbox is ready) and red means "empty". Simple and ingenious.
