The MedCenter Clock and MedCenter System are guaranteed for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase to be free of manufacturer defects.
The Dakota REQ Vibe is guaranteed for TEN YEARS from the date of purchase to keep accurate time as determined by the manufacturer.

The external parts of your Dakota REQ Vibe such as the case, band, crystal, stem and crown are not covered under this warranty. There will be moderate charges for the repair of these external parts.

The warranty is void if the MedCenter Clock is water damaged. It is not specified to be water resistant.

The warranty is void if the merchandise is damaged, tampered with, dropped or otherwise abused.

In the event that your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please contact a customer service representative by calling toll free 1-866-600-3244 to arrange for your item to be returned by UPS at no cost to you.

In the event of a manufacturer's defect, mail your MedCenter Clock and/or MedCenter System with a copy of your sales receipt to the address listed below for an exchange or repair at the company's discretion. Please include a check or money order, payable to "MedCenter Systems" in the amount of $9.95 (outside the Continental U.S. $19.95) to cover handling and return shipping.
