Ordering from MedCenterSystems.com online? We currently only ship through our site to locations within the United States. We do offer International Shipping through our customer service department.
For International Shipping requests, please contact a customer service representative so we can assist you with the most up-to-date and accurate shipping costs.
PLEASE INCLUDE your name, billing and shipping addresses and requested items in your email. All International orders require prepayment in the form of credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or money order. All International Orders MUST ship to the billing address.

We ship out Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST excluding weekends and federal holidays. Although we try to ship all orders within a 48 hour period from the time payment is received & authorized, during peak times or due to other uncontrollable circumstances, we may need additional processing time. Please note, to reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. All items ship via UPS from Cincinnati, OH.
