The MedCenter Talking Alarm Clock is pre-loaded with the following alarm times:
9:00am - Morning
1:00pm - Noon
6:00pm - Evening
10:00pm - Night
• Can I change the Alarm Times? The default alarm times do not meet my needs.
Yes. The default alarm times can be changed to any specific time that works best for your current needs.
• Can I turn off some or all of the Alarms? I do not need four alarms.
Yes. Each of the daily alarms can be turned on or off during the set mode. A digital indicator on the front of the LCD display shows which of the four alarms is currently turned on. Also, all alarms can be temporarily turned off for vacation or away mode by a slide switch on the back of the clock.

• How long do the Alarms sound? If I am not home, will the alarms run my batteries dead?
If after 1 minute of alarming, and the "ALARM ACKNOWLEDGE" button has not been pressed, the alarm will go silent for 3 minutes. Then sound again for 1 minute, followed by 3 minutes of silence. This will repeat until the "ALARM ACKNOWLEDGED" button is pressed or until 1 full hour has passed.
• Do you have larger Pill Boxes available?
Yes, we now have a larger Pill box available. It is available in a set of 31 as a replacement set for your existing MedCenter System. To Purchase, please call our main offices and speak to a representative.
• Can I order a MedCenter System with the Larger Pill Boxes instead of the standard Pill Boxes?
Right now we do not have a MedCenter System available with the larger Pill Boxes. This model will be available soon. Right now we only offer the Larger Pill Boxes as a seperate accessory for the existing MedCenter System.
• How many pills / vitamins fit inside a Pill Box compartment?
The standard Pill Box (included in the MedCenter System) has an individual dose compartment which measures roughly 15/16" wide x 1" long x 3/4" deep on the inside. Each Pill Box contains four of these dose compartments.
Our new Larger Pill Boxes (available as an accessory to the exisitng MedCenter System) have an individual dose compartment which measures roughly 1 3/8" wide x 1" long x 3/4" deep on the inside. Each of the new Larger Pill Boxes contain four of these dose compartments.
Because pills and vitamins differ greatly in overall size, in order to better answer the question of how many pills / vitamins will each pill box hold, we calculated the amount of Advil® and m&m® candies would fit in each compartment and Pill Box:
Standard Pill Box
(16) Advil® per dose compartment or (64) Advil® total per Pill Box
(10) m&m® candies per dose compartment or (40) m&m® candies per Pill Box
New Larger Pill Box
(26) Advil® per dose compartment or (104) Advil® total per Pill Box
